Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

How to change or cancel your appointment.

1. Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24–48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Advance Payments

All booking advance payments are non-refundable. If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, your advance payment may be applied to your new appointment date. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your advance payment.

3. Last-minute Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the loss of your advance payment. To book a new appointment, a fresh advance payment will be required.

4. Rescheduling Limitations

Appointments may only be rescheduled a maximum of two times with the same advance payment, provided the required notice is given each time.
