Intellectual property and ownership of tattoo designs.
1. Design Ownership
All custom tattoo designs created by the studio and its artists remain its intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the design for the sole purpose of tattooing by the studio.
2. Prohibited Uses
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of designs is strictly prohibited. Clients are not permitted to use designs for commercial purposes or to have the designs tattooed by another artist without explicit permission.
3. Third-Party Intellectual Property
We do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked tattoo designs. The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any design they provide to the studio. The studio reserves the right to refuse to tattoo any design that it believes violates third-party intellectual property rights.
