The rules and guidelines for using our services.
1. Service Agreement
Tattooing is a permanent process. The final outcome may vary depending on individual skin type, healing, and aftercare. While we strive for perfection, exact results are not guaranteed as skin is a natural canvas.
2. Age Policy
All clients must be 18 years or older. A valid government-issued ID is mandatory and must be presented before any procedure begins. No exceptions will be made, even with parental consent.
3. Health Responsibility
Clients must disclose any medical conditions such as allergies, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), diabetes, blood-borne diseases, or any other health concerns prior to the procedure. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk.
4. Design Policy
- Once a custom design is approved by the client, any further changes may be chargeable.
- We respect artistic integrity and do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked tattoo designs.
- Designs remain the intellectual property of the studio until the procedure is completed.
5. Appointment & Advance Payment
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Late arrival (more than 15-20 minutes) may result in automatic cancellation or rescheduling, and loss of the advance payment.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided once the tattoo session has begun or is completed. All sales are final. Rescheduling requests must follow our cancellation policy.
7. Touch-up Policy
One free touch-up may be offered within a 3-month period if the studio determines it is necessary due to healing issues not caused by neglect. Touch-ups requested after this period or due to poor aftercare will be charged at the standard rate.
