1. No Guarantees
Tattooing is both an art and a skin-based process; exact results cannot be guaranteed. The final look of a tattoo is influenced by individual skin types, biological factors, and the healing process.
2. Healing Outcomes
Healing outcomes vary from person to person. The studio will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, including infection, scarring, or pigment loss, that may occur during or after the tattooing process.
3. Limitation of Liability
The studio and its artists shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the tattooing procedure, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
